Our counselling sessions offer a supportive and understanding space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings and gain personal insights. Sessions are tailored to your comfort level, where you can share your experiences at your own pace as you feel a sense of safety and trust to do so. Together, when you’re ready, we will explore your goals, values, strengths and resources.

Evidence-based treatment modalities will be tailored to your unique circumstances and goals. These may include aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as appropriate.
